The City of Dubuque seeks to establish performance measures/metrics for their Green Alleys Reconstruction program. Graduate students in Public Affairs will develop evaluation tools and metrics to provide a deeper understanding of how this program and related policies are impacting residents and environmental sustainability goals, how effective has this program been, and how can the analysis improve decision-making about the future of the program.
