Students in a class in Journalism and Mass Communications will develop a newspaper insert that serves as a guide for Dubuque citizens to better understand their city's services and opportunities related to sustainability. 

The students will create the content and layout of the insert and also find funding for the project, which will be published by the Telegraph Herald in summer 2024. The focus will be on helping Dubuque residents become more aware of local resources to make sustainable lifestyle decisions. Another goal for the project is to serve as a template in other communities across Iowa.
