West Branch – Social Media Plan for the City of West Branch
Undergraduate students in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication partnered with the City of West Branch to work on a social media plan and corresponding public engagement strategy.
Student groups created a client audit as well as a content plan and strategy that outlined content development and social media goals and strategies. Each group worked on deliverables based on City of West Branch needs. Deliverables included a more detailed content plan, sample social media posts, proposed posting calendars, and social media tactics geared towards different events and audiences.
