Iowa City- Terry Trueblood Adaptation Plan

As part of the Environmental Policy and Management course, students from the School of Urban and Regional Planning assisted the City of Iowa City with an adaption plan for Terry Trueblood Park.

As part of the City of Iowa City's actions on climate change, the city had requested assistance with preparing areas of the city for potential future climate changes. One such area was Terry Trueblood Park, where students helped develop the Terry Trueblood Wetland Exploration Trail. The trail will provide visitors a chance to explore the wetlands around the park, while provide an educational experience about the effects of climate change and natural habitats.
