Urban and Regional Planning students studied the current state of the downtown area in Anamosa, Iowa and through research drafted a revitalization plan, Vision Anamosa, for local officials to use as they continue to build upon their current efforts.

Vision Anamosa: Working Together for the Future is a revitalization plan that addresses economic viability and sustainability for the City of Anamosa's Downtown Revitalization Study Committee. The plan included recommendations that were compiled through public participation including informal interview, public meetings, public participation workshops, surveys, and business inventories. Four topics are focused throughout the report: economic development, trails systems, building standards for downtown structures, and parking conditions.
