The City is seeking engineering recommendations that evaluate multiple adaptive reuse alternatives and provide conceptual designs to help inform future investment decisions.

The City of West Branch aims to balance historical identity with the demands of a growing community, necessitating the modernization of aging core infrastructure. City officials sought assitance on a process for identifying and prioritizing projects in order to best utilize limited public funding.
Granger - Public Safety Building
As part of their Senior Design Capstone Course, Civil & Environmental Engineering students designed a Public Safety Building to meet the needs of the growing city of Granger.
Currently the Granger Fire & EMS Department shares a small building on Main Street with Granger City Hall and an adjacent trailer serves as headquarters for the Granger Police Department. These departments have outgrown their current spaces and seek a new building that will house all three departments.
Clinton - Bethel AME Church Site

Bondurant - Eagle Park & Bluejay Landing Park Integrated Design Project
As part of their Senior Design Capstone Course, Civil & Environmental Engineering students provided design and analysis support for an integrated parks and environmental engineering project along Mud Creek in Bondurant.
